As a retired professional interior designer, it has always been my belief that every person should have a peaceful place that is their safe harbor, their shelter in the storm. A place to curl up and read a good book on a winter's day, a place for playing games, laughing with loved ones, sharing wonderful meals and family traditions. Like a blank canvas waiting to be painted with all the colors of the rainbow, it should be a place where they can express their dreams, their own unique inner beauty, and provide a warm cocoon for their friends and family that wraps its arms around them when they enter that space. I believe everyone deserves to have a place they call "home".
